When you have a busy lifestyle, it can be a challenge to find time for fitness. At Orangetheory Fitness, we help you maximize your gym time through interval training sessions. Our studio in Greensboro, North Carolina, is conveniently located near shopping centers, quiet neighborhoods and green spaces, which makes it easy for you to come in for a workout while running errands, before class or after work.

Our fitness sessions are centered around intervals of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training exercises. You will perform up to 30 different exercises during a 60-minute workout. We fit you with a heart rate monitor to wear during the session so that you can monitor your heart as it powers your body.

The instructors at our studio put your health and safety as their top priorities. They demonstrate how to properly do an exercise and use the gym equipment. If you need help with your posture or with modification of an exercise, they will guide you through it. Our instructors offer encouragement and motivation so that you can achieve your personal fitness goals.

At Orangetheory, everyone is welcome. We enjoy introducing beginners to the process of interval training. Experienced athletes are able to get stronger and build endurance with our fast-paced workouts. When you are somewhere in the middle of beginner and expert, our varied routines keep you engaged and motivated.

Our location in Greensboro, North Carolina, opens bright and early in the morning, stays open into the evening and has convenient mid-day classes. Coach Carly is the newest member of the awesome Orangetheory Fitness Greensboro and Jamestown team. She recently moved here from Iowa, but is originally from Illinois. After completing a double major in Exercise Science and Health Promotion Carly took her skills to the personal training and group fitness worlds. "Fitness is my passion and I love seeing people transform, especially through Orangetheory!", says Carly, who mentions in passing that she was a D1 Collegiate Cheerleader. Wow! Go team.

Carly is not only coaching, and cheering for you in class, she is also checking you in and keeping our desk running smoothly as one of our Orange Ambassadors. When she has some down time she enjoys working out and running as well as being outside and hanging with her two dogs.
"I have 2 English Creme Golden Retrievers and 1 cat that is more like our 3rd dog.". Oh yeah, and there's a fiance in the picture. So she's also planning that wedding with her college beau of four years, Alex Buehler.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.







Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
